Welcome to our Pack 27 Cub Scout Team!
As a parent, you are an important part of your cub’s progress in the scouting program. You become your cub’s Akela (pronounced Ah-KAY-la) which means “good leader”. We welcome you to learn more about our pack and the scouting program! Volunteer opportunities are available all year long for outings, adventures, fundraisers, recruiting, leaders & assistant leaders.
Parents are invited to be an active part of the scouting program and we welcome your ideas and your skill sets! Please fill out our Family Talent Survey Sheet if you are interested in sharing your skills with our cubs and their families!
Pack 27 is a Cub Scout Den in Prospect, CT. We are part of the Mad River District under the Connecticut Rivers Council in Connecticut.
We provide a quality program for boys in Kindergarten through fifth grade. Our pack is a traditional pack that offers the classics of scouting, hands on activities and good-natured fun.
Our Chartered Organization is St. Anthony's Church of Prospect. We are one of the oldest running packs in our region.
